What we do

Vatidator validates VAT numbers, controls risky postings and preserves tamper-evident audit evidence, directly inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, with Salesforce support in development. Our companion Privacy & GDPR Suite scores data-risk across your ERP data model.

Compliance should be captured when a transaction happens, not reconstructed afterwards under audit pressure. That principle runs through everything we build.

Why ERP-native, EU-first

Most VAT and compliance tooling sits outside the ERP: separate portals, manual lookups, spreadsheets that drift out of date. We took the opposite approach. By building as a clean-core, per-tenant extension on standard ERP APIs, validation and posting control happen exactly where invoices are created, with no core modifications and no data leaving your environment for manual checks.

We're EU-first by design. VAT exemption rules, VIES, national registries and GDPR are part of the daily reality for European finance teams, and that's the problem space we know best. We complement enterprise tax calculators rather than replace them, focused on validation, control and audit evidence.

How we're built

• Clean-core extensions. Standard ERP APIs, no core modifications, ready for cloud and on-premises.
• EU-hosted infrastructure. Validation runs on Microsoft Azure in the West Europe region.
• Audit-first. Every validation produces a timestamped, hash-chain-protected proof record.
• Founder-led. We work directly with early customers and partners, demos, onboarding and roadmap input come straight from the people building the product.
